Love the unit, but, the heating unit quit shortly after purchase,,,the heating unit was not oiled well, so, the heat quit working,,,Husband sprayed some WD40 on it, and it was good again
It took me a while but I followed step by step directions and it went together perfectly. It looks great and will be perfect. There are a couple blemishes and cracks in the base, however. And I couldn't get one of the doors perfectly straight no matter how much i took it apart and redid it, maybe it was just me, I'm not sure. I would recommend this item.
Delivery was a pain thanks to FedEx. When I finally received it I had My brother to do the handy work and he stated that it was easy to put together, had minor scratches on the bottom right corner but you wont notice it. . Unless you are really just looking for imperfections. The heater gets really hot as soon as you turn it on, so I already know Im not going to have that part on as much. But the Light is perfect. Overall good product
Expect at least 3 hours to put this console together, for the most part everything lined up and I was provided all the nuts and bolts needed. It is not the very best quality but for the money it is really nice and the fire place puts out a good amount of heat. Nice addition to my living room.
I purchased this fireplace for my aunt and she absolutely loves it. The only thing she has a problem with is the fact she didnt receive a remote to be able to control her fireplace. She finds is an inconvenience to get up when she wants to turn it on and off. She doesnt like to run it during the day, especially since spring is hear.

Mind you, I am a 5 feet tall girl lol, the process was super easy. The instructions are straight forward. Not confusing to follow. The quality seems fair, not cheap and gives a fancy upscale look. The "woweffect of my living room. I also love that when you turn on the flames you have the option to turn off and on the heater. No need for heater while flames are on. In general I really recommend this product.
