This is the first time I write a review. After reading other reviews I just went for it and placed my order. It took me about 1-2 hrs. (while watching a movie) to build. Mind you, I am a 5 feet tall girl lol, the process was super easy. The instructions are straight forward. Not confusing to follow. The quality seems fair, not cheap and gives a fancy upscale look. The "woweffect of my living room. I also love that when you turn on the flames you have the option to turn off and on the heater. No need for heater while flames are on. In general I really recommend this product.
