Well made easy to install.

I dont understand how there could be any negative reviews on the fireplace. The directions were so easy to follow and I put it together in two hours by myself. It is well made. I definitely recommend this beautiful addition to your home.

There was no remote because it did not require one. We love it!!!!

Overall ok

Product came with minor scratches and it was sold brand new. Very disappointing. Otherwise it is a nice fireplace entertainment center. Husband assembled it easily. No remote control but heater works great.

Everyone loves it

It's so pretty! Buuuttt it does take a good bite of time to put together. I'm really happy we got it ! It just makes our home so cozy! It doesn't put out as much heat as I had hoped but it does really good for how open our house is !
