Not at all what I expected. Ad for kids and adults. Not sturdy enough for average size adult. Will definitely send back. Contacted by seller and was pleasantly surprised by their response. Gave me full refund without having to return product. Appreciated the fact that my complaint was not ignored Just what I needed.
This trampoline is one of the best things Ive purchased. It was very easy to assemble with great instructions and even came with a little box of tools. It all went together very easily and is super sturdy. The net that surrounds the trampoline is very good quality and will definitely withstand the roughest of children. The tarp that covers the spring edge of the mat is also nice quality and stays in place, this was a problem with our old trampoline and feet would get caught in the springs, this isnt a problem anymore. The tubes used to assemble the trampoline itself were also very good quality and went together easily, usually with trampolines the tubes are hard to put onto each other due to tolerances, however this was not the case and they went on with ease. The springs on it are also good quality and dont seem like they will break or warp anytime soon. The zipper on the front is double sided so no kids getting stuck inside and also has a few clasps to make sure that it doesnt come loose. It is the perfect size for anyone to enjoy, In fact its so sturdy that I sometimes use it. The mat itself is also very sturdy but not stiff and allows for easy jumping. Overall very happy with my purchase and my kids love it as well. Very happy that I purchased this trampoline and will be recommending it to my friends and family. Great product with great service. My daughter loved this for her birthday, and it only took us like an hour of fun and laughing to get it all together. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a gift for a child who loves to be outside. I also had a missing spring, so I contacted them and they sent me quite a few extra. They were super quick to respond and very polite and professional. Very good value.

The trampoline is great! And the best thing about it is that the weight restrictions allow for adults to jump on it as well as kids! It is very springy, and Im certain that we will enjoy it for a long time. The only problem we have had is that the trampoline skirt, ( the plastic ring that goes around the perimeter and covers the springs) did not come precut to fit around the poles upon which the net is affixed. Right not, we just have it laying on top of the trampoline, around the perimeter, but Im guessing were going to have to cut slits in places so that it will go around the poles. Its kind of like buying a bedskirt that doesnt have split corners to go around the foot board rails of the bed. Anyway, it would have been way too much trouble to send back, so were just going to deal with it; nevertheless be aware of this potential issue. Adequate quality.
Best investment for the family. We jump, we lay inside with pillows and blankets watching funny videos or enjoying the weather. Very easy to put together but you will need 3 people at least. The directions were very clear.
Now once we assembled it and started to jump 2 days later, my son fell on the outer frame and it bent which shouldnt happen so easily. We contacted customer service and they were aming. Quick response time and very understanding. I got a new part sent out and a portion refunded. They even emailed me again to confirm he was ok and to make sure we were satisfied. I will continue to order from this seller just for their aming service. Do the work.
