Now once we assembled it and started to jump 2 days later, my son fell on the outer frame and it bent which shouldnt happen so easily. We contacted customer service and they were aming. Quick response time and very understanding. I got a new part sent out and a portion refunded. They even emailed me again to confirm he was ok and to make sure we were satisfied. I will continue to order from this seller just for their aming service. Do the work.
