I ordered this for my living room as heat is a problem and this had a built in heater. Assemly is simple, but plan on at least an hour to get it together. The fireplace is lovely when turned on and the heater works OK. It's unclear if it will heat the room adequately but it definitely throws out heat.
I have a PS4 in one of the 'appliance' shelves, and it doesnt appear that the shelf was made for this. There isnt really a way for the hest to be taken out of the cubby.
Other than that, I'd reccomend.

The cabinet doors are off
