It was what I needed and a good deal Great bed for the price. Took some time to put together but the directions were easy to understand. The bed is very sturdy and my girls love it. Very happy with this purchase.
Quality workmanship! I would give it five stars if it werent for the giant stickers the manufacturer puts on that are an enormous pain in the butt to remove. The finish on the top bunk headboard is ruined.. I tried water, I tried goo gone, I tried straight toluene!!! I ended up spending a half hour with a plastic scraper getting it off... and of course the entire thing is soft pine, so there are indentations all over from pressing the scraper into it.. USE ANOTHER TYPE OF STICKER!!!
100% satisfaction Package came on time. Although the 120 lbs were in one box evetything had shipped well. My son, who is very handy put the bed together. Some of the screws and holes did not match up but he was complete in about 2 hours.
The draw back is the size of the opening from the ladder to the top bunk. Even though I am an adult might not sleep there..

Poorly written instructions along with poorly labeled pieces (took 3 people 3 hours to assemble) Also * FYI- prime customers it took a week and a half to arrive -I would have happily paid for rush shipping as I was trying to surprise my girls, but it wasnt an option. Aside from all of this, now that its together I love it-it looks beautiful, exactly what I wanted and the kiddos are over the moon!

I was a little concerned about this set because of the low price (which included free shipping, which I knew wasnt cheap). But I couldnt be more pleased. It is not a cheap, flimsy set. It is heavy duty and very sturdy. Assembly took my wife and I about two hours. The directions are great and easy to follow. You cant go wrong here.
This is a great piece. Bought it for the basement family room and it fits perfectly down there. These beds are so amazing that I bought two! I am a mother of four, so space is an issue, as is safety. What I like about this is it gives me the option of more space because of the full size bed on the bottom. If cousins come, we can just double up because of the double bed. This is by far the best price on the internet too. Finally it is just beautiful. Other bunk beds are just so ugly. This is just really sturdy and huge, but because of the color and design it fits into the space without overwhelming it. The beds also function independently as a twin and double bed. So much function for your money, and really attractive. This is a 10 star purchase if I could give it that. Not too hard to put together. Just look for the stickers on each piece. I am including 2 pictures. One so you can see what it looks like with the mattress, and one so you can see what it looks like without the mattress. Really sturdy, puts a mothers mind at ease.
