When I received the chair there was damage to the base (nothing that would have made the chair inoperable, but aesthetically it was unpleasant). I also discovered that the quality of the chair was not up to what I was expecting. Because of this I decided to return the chair. The company was understanding and even paid for the return shipping. So I can’t recommend the product, but the company did me right.
