First, it seriously needs to come with instructions. It’s intuitive for the most part but sometimes you just aren’t sure. I had to YouTube a similar chair to figure it out and then it was easy.
The wheels just take some elbow grease for those of you that don’t know. Push them hard in place.
I broke the black plastic part because I didn’t know to take it off. I thought I ruined it. Take it off and discard. After that, it takes 5 mins to install.
It’s a beautiful color lavender. I’m 5.2 and 160 lbs so I’m little, but the chair is just fine for anyone average height. If you are not racing in the hallway or abusing the chair it will probably last.
It’s comfortable but like any chair or office space make sure you aren’t sitting for long periods of time.
