I thought it was missing pieces, turned out it was just pre-assembled
Be aware, to save yourself a self induced headache. We believed the package was missing a few items because of the instructions provided. We contacted the seller, recieved a response first thing in the morning that the missing pieces were actually just pre-assembled. Whoops, lazy searching on our part. But happy with the assembly from there, chair is very good looking and fits my 64 very well... which was a difficult task. I appreciate the sellers patience.
