I have always wanted a fireplace but not the work that goes into it. This is perfect! All the parts were included, no scratches or dings. Went together easily. I have been using this fireplace for 3 months now and virtually no problems. I have an open floor plan and this little guy heats it up just fine. I do use thermal light blocking draperies to cover all my windows in my livingroom and have noticed if they are not drawn it takes much longer to heat the room. Common sense.
I recommend this product to everyone. Even if they have a wood burning fireplace!
