The bed came in a large long box. All parts were in the package. One of the parts had a large dent/gash in it. By the time I saw it, I already had the other side put together and was NOT starting over. The bed wasnt too hard to put together but you need two people to make it easy. There were some minor scrapes. The bed looks nice minus the couple damages. I will not purchase again. You get what you pay forI was skeptical being the first to review/buy this bed. And I should have went with my gut Its not too bad but I was disappointed at the damages. You have to be very careful putting it together or you will damage it
